Snowboarding

January 19th 2009 one month after we got married we went on our first skiing trip! I was going to learn how to snowboard; and this is a picture of me on the board, but it didn't last long, actually it was about 5 minuets, I didn't even make it to a lift before I was back at the rental shop getting ski's. 

We continued playing on the mountains for a few more hours before the decision was made to try a harder slop. bad choice, as 2 seconds after we got off the lift I had twisted my knee and was barely able to get down the mountain. so now I can barely about to move, and kendall is having to take care of me. 

Though I am in pain, I am looking forward to the next trip! I think we are going to do a half day, I will bring my own ski's and just rent a pair of boots, as mine don't fit anymore. Maybe that will be my Birthday present. The snow pants were my Christmas present, and the only other thing I want is a new coat because my purple one is to small.

Maybe I will gather the courage to try snowboarding again, but I don't know as I would like to get  better at skiing; As long as I am with Kendall I will be happy.

Sealing in Mesa

we drove all day, and after 10 hours we arived in Mesa. I was able to meet Redfords parents!

 after about 2 minuets her mother looked at her and with a surprised look said "Wow I never thought I would meet  Somone like you! Because it was so close to Christmas the lights were still  on at the temple! I was on a mission thou, Redford had told me not to let Mike near her the night before the wedding! so here is the great battle for the girl. 

After we left the temple we went to a Fry's store to get the stuff to make carmel bars! and so then about 12:00 in the morning we are all sitting in the Redfords kitchen making carmel bars. I had done a good job of keeping them apart. This is the picture that convinced me of their love, but there, midnight, in the Redfords Kitchen was the love that Redford has searched for since the begining of time! 

7 in the morning on the 30 of Dec. the whole house started its day of wedding bliss for Jeanie, and then at the temple a little after 11 in the morning my best friend was sealed for time and all eternity. It was so beautiful that I started crying. What a wonderful thing heavenly father has given us.

Last but not least she had to do her thousand pictures and at the very end was the one of us! she was the most beautiful  bride I have ever seen, and I am so thankful I was about to go! 

 

Married in Logan Ut

My day started about 5 in the morning because I had to be at the temple my 7, because I had to get my endowments first. It was so wonderful, I finally made it! It wasn't horribe when I went into the temple but when I stepped out about 12:30 it was blizzarding out and the had to take pictures! Here I had temple slippers on and my feet were frozen. In the first picture is the families  Kendalls parents, grandparents, siblings, aunt, and Uncle then my new family Jenniffer and her father my Uncle Steven. I was so cold that Jenniffer and Kendall were huddled up to me to try to keep me warm. 

 

     The second Picture is of me and Kendall in front, If you notice the flowers look beautiful still even in a blizzard ~ They are fake! really no one realized it, I can't believe this day finnally came! 

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Last but not least, this is my favorite picture! These are all of my Missionaries from Wisconsin that came to my sealing! I can't believe how lucky I am to 

have such wonderful friends! Redford who is standing next to me is getting married the 11 days from this picture in the Mesa AZ temple.
